Our first ever Halloween takeover. Scary Dog Central is Prairie Dog Central Railway’s Halloween takeover, featuring two different experiences: Family Fun Halloween Adventure and the after-dark Train of Terror.
Family Fun Halloween Adventure is designed for families and fans of a not-so-scary Halloween. Although there will still be spooky decor. You know your children's tolerance best. Train of Terror is intended for guests looking for a more intense and frightening experience. Our recommendation for Train of Terror is for ages 14+.
The Family Fun Halloween Adventure is a not-so-scary Halloween experience designed for kids, parents, grandparents, and anyone who loves a little Halloween magic. The characters and entertainment are suitable for a younger audience although there will still be pumpkins and skeletons along the way. Train of Terror is a much scarier after-dark experience featuring terrifying characters, theatrical performances, scare zones, and haunted attractions.
Both experiences begin at Inkster Junction, where guests will check in and board the train before heading out on their Halloween adventure. The Inkster Junction Station is located at 64099 Prairie Dog Trail in Rosser, MB.
The train ride to our festival grounds is approximately 90 minutes. The stop over is approximately 90 minutes followed by our 90 minute ride back to the station.
Yes. All tickets must be purchased in advance through our online store. We have a limited number of seats, and popular dates and departure times are expected to fill up quickly.
